MY NAME IS DEBRA KEIRSEY….
MY DESIRE IS TO HELP PEOPLE ENRICH THEIR LIVES, LEARN TO LOVE THEMSELVES, DISCOVER THEIR DEEPEST DESIRES, WORK TO REMOVE BLOCKS IN THEIR BODY TO ACCESS ACCEPTANCE, FANTASTIC SEXUAL PLEASURE, AND TRANSFORM RELATIONSHIPS INTO LOVING SUPPORTING, THRIVING PARTNERSHIPS.
I ALSO WANT TO SUPPORT WOMEN IN LIFE TRANSITIONS, WITH A PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON SUPPORTING PERI-MENOPAUSAL AND POST MENOPAUSAL WOMEN, SO THAT THEY MAY FEEL SUPPORT, KINSHIP FROM OTHER WOMEN, AND THRIVE INTO THEIR LATER YEARS VIBRANTLY IN THIS TIME OF THEIR LIVES WHICH IS RIPE FOR THRIVING AND GROWTH.
I hold an Interdisciplinary Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s School of Agriculture and Life Science, with minors in both Education and Social Inequity.
I am in the final stage of achieving certification from Layla Martin’s VITA Coaching program. The pleasure based approach of VITA is rooted in the latest neuroscience and Tantric Traditions that merge together to guide clients into practices, breathwork, self-discovery, desire mapping, and working with the body/mind to imprint new experiences that will uncover your truth, orgasmic potential and empower you toward growth, acceptance and love. I will give you tools to use long after our sessions are through, to completely transform your life.
Session structure and price.
Coming January 2026:
I do offer a very limited number of appointments on a sliding scale for people who care to prove their income level and for whom my normal pricing is out of reach. Please ask if I have room in this program, if you fall into this category. If I do not have room at this time, I may put you on a wait list if that suits your needs.
Sessions are offered in two formats:
60 minutes and 1:20 minute time slots.
Currently, I am still a trainee. I have completed all of the coaching coursework and required practicums (20 total) with peers in the program and I have completed 10 successive sessions with one of my peers from the program and I also completed working with one outside client to accomplish 10 successive sessions as required for graduation. Each lesson module in the VITA program requires us to practice coaching it twice initially and receiving the coaching twice from/with a large variety of partners. This gives me the perspective of understanding how the tools and practices feel, as I have received coaching using them, and also practice with different people from all sorts of backgrounds. So I have empathy when I am coaching.
I am currently a trainee for the initial VITA certification until early 2026, and I have completed all my necessary hours for practice coaching to graduate. However until I complete all the individual work (work on myself with the tools) and finalize some paperwork, I am still considered a “trainee” until I receive my certificate. I am offering reduced rate coaching until I graduate officially. Once I am fully accredited, the cost of sessions will be set to the full price

Even if I determine we are not best suited to work together, I may be able to refer you to a coaching peer who has also completed the training or who specializes in a certain area that may better serve you at this time, or suggest you seek outside therapy. If we both feel we can have a productive and beneficial partnership (most often the case, after all, why else would you reach out?), I will send you a password to log into my Client Portal, then you can purchase sessions.
